Today, in the building of the Ministry of Health and Social Protection of the Republic of Tajikistan under the chairmanship of the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Chairman of the National Coordination Committee to fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria in the Republic of Tajikistan, respected Dilrabo Mansuri, was held the next meeting of the National Coordination Committee for the fight against AIDS, tuberculosis and malaria in the Republic of Tajikistan.
The meeting was attended by Ms. Zulfia Davlatzoda, Head of the Department of Social Development of the Executive Office of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Abdukholik Amirzoda, Deputy Minister of Health and Social Protection of the Population, representatives of a number of ministries and agencies, as well as heads of branch institutions and representatives of international and non-governmental organizations.

At the meeting, was laso heard reports from the Ministry of Labor, Migration and Employment of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Public Organization “Tajikistan Network of Women Living with HIV” on the implementation of the National Program to Combat the Epidemic of the Human Immunodeficiency Virus and the Human Immunodeficiency Syndrome in the Republic of Tajikistan for 2021-2025. The report of the Committee on Television and Radio Broadcasting under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Public Organization “Gender and Development” on the implementation of the National Program for the Protection of the Population from Tuberculosis in the Republic of Tajikistan for 2021-2025.

In addition, at the the meeting were discussed the solutions of other issues related to the implementation of the grant of the Global Fund for prevention and control of HIV and tuberculosis.
Also at the meeting was heard the information of the United Nations Development Program in Tajikistan about the introduction of restrictions by the Global Fund regarding the financing of grants in the field of prevention and control of HIV/AIDS and tuberculosis in Tajikistan in 2025-2026.
According to the results of the discussion of the issues on the agenda of the day, appropriate decisions were taken.
