On June 7, 2024, in the city of Kulyab, Khatlon region, a joint meeting of the Secretariat of the National Coordination Committee to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria in the Republic of Tajikistan and the Coordination Council to Combat AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria under the local executive body of the city of Kulyab was held.
Other invited persons were also present at the meeting of the Coordination Council to Combat AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria under the local executive body of the city of Kulyab and the Secretariat of the National Coordination Committee to Combat AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria in the Republic of Tajikistan.
During the meeting, reports were heard from the relevant structures under the local executive body of the city of Kulyab on the progress of the implementation of the “National Program to Combat the Epidemic of Human Immunodeficiency Virus and Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome in the Republic of Tajikistan for 2021-2025”, the National Program for the Protection of the Population from Tuberculosis in the Republic of Tajikistan on 2021-2025”, as well as progress on the implementation of grant of the Global Fund for the Prevention and Control of HIV and Tuberculosis and other issues, and based on the results of their consideration, appropriate decisions were made.
