A scheduled meeting of the National Coordinating Committee to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria was held

Today, 22 November 2024, at the building of the Republic of Tajikistan, chaired by the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tajikistan, Chair of the National Coordination Committee to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria in the Republic of Tajikistan, Mrs. Dilrabo Mansuri held a scheduled meeting of the National Coordination Committee to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria in the Republic of Tajikistan.

The meeting was attended by members of the National Coordination Committee, representatives of relevant ministries and departments, international and non-governmental organizations.

During the meeting, reports were heard from representatives of the Republican Center for the Protection of the Population from Tuberculosis under the Ministry of Health and Social Protection of the Republic of Tajikistan and Main Department for the Execution of Criminal Punishments under the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tajikistan on the progress of the implementation of the National Program for the Protection of the Population from Tuberculosis in the Republic of Tajikistan for 2021-2025, report of Republican Center for the Prevention and Control of AIDS under the Ministry of Health and Social Protection of the Republic of Tajikistan on the progress of the implementation of the National HIV/AIDS Epidemic Response Program in the Republic of Tajikistan for 2021-2025  and report of UNDP Tajikistan on the progress of the implementation of the Global Fund grant to fight HIV and Tuberculosis in the Republic of Tajikistan in 2024.

Also, at the meeting were discussed and approved the Work plan of the National Coordination Committee and Oversight Commission under the National Coordination Committee for 2025.

As a result of the discussion of the agenda items, relevant decisions were made.
